Do you keep my photos?

A normal scan is deleted right after it runs. Images are only kept if you choose to contribute them, along with your real-or-AI label, to help improve the detector.

It reliably flags mainstream AI generators and real photos and holds up on social-media and screenshot images. It is an estimate, not proof; newer flow-style generators are harder, so use your own judgment too.

We read the clues

The scanner inspects texture, noise, sharpness, colour and frequency patterns that differ between real cameras and AI generators.

You get a verdict

A clear estimate with a confidence level and the plain-language signals behind it. Then your scan is deleted — or you can contribute it, with your label, to help the detector improve.

Privacy & helping out

There's no account and no sign-up. A normal scan runs in temporary storage for a few seconds and is then deleted — we don't keep it. If you'd like to help, you can contribute an image together with your own real-or-AI label: contributed images are stored and used to improve the detector, and every one makes it better on real-world cases. Only contribute images you're comfortable sharing.
